    Production line composition and function
     

    Raw material pretreatment: accept and process grains such as corn, wheat, oats as the main raw materials, and prepare for subsequent processing through a series of processes such as cleaning, de-stoning, and shelling.


    Crushing and mixing: crush the processed grains into appropriate particle size and mix them evenly with other ingredients (such as juice, honey, salt, etc.) according to the recipe requirements.


    Tempering and cooking: use a specially designed tempering machine to humidify and heat the mixture, and then send it to the cooking equipment to complete the gelatinization process to enhance the taste and nutritional value of the product.


    Flake forming: use advanced flake technology to press the cooked material into thin flakes to ensure that each piece has good structural integrity and consistent thickness.


    Baking and drying: the carefully designed tunnel oven or fluidized bed dryer allows the corn flakes to quickly lose water at a suitable temperature to form a crisp texture.


    Seasoning spraying: an automatic seasoning system can be optionally equipped to evenly apply various flavors on the surface of the corn flakes to add rich flavor options.
